I’m particularly here for midlife women and non-binary people, disabled, chronically ill and LGBTQIA+ people — those who are done with masking, fixing and being told who they should be.
Everything here is designed to be low-pressure, optional and voice-led. No forced participation. No self-improvement plans. No pretending.
